OUR HISTORY

The Buffalo Oil Corporation has evolved to its present size and form from a series of business combinations and successful drilling programs.

Originally an Ontario-based company, The Combined Larder Mines Limited (Mines Reunies Larder Ltee.) was formed in 1911. In August 1993, The Combined Larder Mines Limited amalgamated with a Saskatchewan company and changed its name to Buffalo Oil Company Limited.

During 2004, Buffalo Oil Company Limited was acquired by Fogo Resources Inc., a private Alberta company. In January 2005 the two companies amalgamated to form The Buffalo Oil Corporation.

In 2006, The Buffalo Oil Corporation acquired Pocaterra Energy Inc., a junior oil and gas company based in Calgary, Alberta. The two companies amalgamated under the name of The Buffalo Oil Corporation on January 01, 2007.

On August 2, 2007 The Buffalo Oil Corporation and Choice Resources Corp. completed an amalgamation to become Buffalo Resources Corp.
